My Box has the Wrong Chocolates in it.
The delivery note lists chocolates by Name, but the menu card in you box describes the Flavour of each chocolate. If you think we have made a mistake packing your order, first look here to see a list of names, photos and flavours for each chocolate.

Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to edit or omit customer’s personal messages which we deem to be inappropriate, or likely to cause offence. We cannot, however, accept any responsibility for the content of any personal message.
It is not normally possible to order products which are out of stock, but under very exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a product, chocolate or gift wrapping for one of similar or higher quality, so that your order is not delayed.
For “self-select” products, the actual net weight of your chocolate selection will vary according to your choices. We will advise you of the calculated net weight during the ordering process, and mark the actual net weight on the box.
Goods are charged at the price, in sterling, shown on the product pages on our server, at the date and time when the customer completes the order.
Orders received before 3:00pm UK time Mon-Fri are normally dispatched the same day. Next Day delivery service is subject to the restrictions, terms and conditions of Royal Mail. Please see their website for further details. You must make your order at least one working day before the recommended final posting date for Christmas if you want it to arrive on time. We do not dispatch on English public holidays, and delivery may be delayed by local public holidays for a given destination.
We are not currently registered for VAT.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to subsequently decline any order, even where an order confirmation / invoice has been issued, and we are not obliged to give a reason for doing so. In the event that we decline your order, you will receive a full refund to the same card or PayPal account used to make payment.
We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order in a timely and accurate manner, but we cannot accept liability for any loss, consequential or otherwise, arising from the use of our service. We also cannot accept liability for any loss due to circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights are, of course, not affected by any of the above terms and conditions. Any dispute shall be governed by English law.
Ingredients and Allergy Information
None of our products are suitable for people suffering from nut allergies. Most Belgian chocolates either contain nuts as a major ingredient (this includes marzipan - made from almonds, and praline and gianduja - made from almonds and hazelnuts) or may contain traces of nut because they were made in a factory that uses nuts.
