We offer the very best gift service possible, and we want
ALL our customers (and recipients) to be absolutely delighted with their chocolates, so:

If your chocolates don’t arrive, we will send a replacement or give a full refund - we will first ask you to check with the recipient that a “while you were out card” hasn’t been left.

If you pay for a guaranteed delivery date, and your chocolates arrive late, then we will refund the extra you paid for the guaranteed service.

If your chocolates arrive damaged, we will replace them. We may ask for them to be returned to us first, in which case, we will refund the return postage as well.

Returns - If you are not completely delighted with any aspect of our service, just return the chocolates within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that we will refund the original postage cost, but not the return postage, and we can only refund the original purchaser. Please contact us first, quoting your order number, to let us know what the problem is.

Cancellation - You cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch and receive a full refund. Once your order has been sent out, we will need you to return the goods before we can issue a refund.

Of course, your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
