	Annual Survey Results We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who took part in our annual survey. We really appreciate all your feedback and ideas. We thought it would be fun to share some of the more amusing comments with you - but don't worry, names are witheld to protect the innocent!


		A special girl told me 'they were almost too good to eat, they looked so beautiful' but she went ahead anyway!

	.... you've always delivered the chocs to my girlfriend's workplace on time - and she's always managed to sham complete surprise when they turn up. A very satisfactory arrangement; long may it continue!

	Chocolate Trivia... Because it contains no cocoa solids, white chocolate is often not considered chocolate at all. Good quality white chocolate does, however, contain at least 20% cocoa butter - which gives it that "melt in the mouth" quality. The taste of white chocolate comes mainly from added milk powder, sugar and vanilla. The Belgians usually use white chocolate to decorate chocolates, or as an outer shell for a milk or dark chocolate based filling.
