The final deadlines for Christmas Deliveries are as follows:

UK First Class / Signed For	- 3:00pm Wed 19th December
UK Next Working Day	- 3:00pm Fri 21st December
Europe Signed For	- was officially Thu 13th Dec! but if you order before 3:00pm Mon 17th Dec, they should still arrive.

Chocolate Trivia...
Truffles are made in one of two ways:
1) A firm filling is rolled into a ball shape, and then repeatedly dipped in chocolate to build up a hard shell around it.
2) Soft fillings are piped into a pre-made hollow chocolate sphere, which is sealed with a little chocolate and then dipped in molten chocolate to finish and decorate it.

Truffles are finished in a number of ways: They can be dipped in chocolate and then rolled over a wire rack as they cool, which gives a rough "spiky" effect. They can also be dipped and then rolled in vermicelli, cocoa powder, coconut, sugar or chopped nuts. Alternatively, they may be left with a smooth shell, and chocolate of a contrasting colour piped over the top.
