Chocolate Trivia:
You may have noticed that some of our new summer chocolates are filled with crème fraîche. Crème fraîche (French for "fresh cream") is a heavy cream, slightly soured by a bacterial culture (like yoghurt). It is very similar to "soured cream", but has a higher fat content and can be mixed with air to form a light whipped cream. Chocolates made with crème fraîche are exceptionally smooth and creamy while also having a light, fluffy texture.
