Tips for Father's Day:
1. Order early! - we need time to create your special gift for you, and the Friday before may be too late!!
2. There is no Sunday delivery in the UK - it's best to ask for dispatch on Wednesday 14th or Thursday 15th for First Class delivery.
3. "Next Day Special delivery" does not guarantee Saturday delivery for items posted on Friday (although they usually do arrive) so don't rely on a last minute order getting there on time!

Hot Weather? - No Sweat!:
All our boxes are well insulated against extremes of temperature, and our No-Quibble Guarantee even applies if your chocolates should be unlucky enough to melt in transit - just send them back for an immediate refund or replacement!

Did You Know?
High quality chocolate is made by constantly stirring a heated mixture of ground cacao beans - a process known as "conching" - this develops the velvety smoothness and gets rid of any bitter taste. Belgian chocolate may be conched for as long as 7 days, which gives it a superior taste and texture. Mass-produced British chocolate is usually only conched for 12 hours, and vegetable oils added to improve the texture. That's why Belgian chocolate just tastes so good!
