What is Points Now!...?
Points Now! is our loyalty scheme - every time you purchase from our website, we award you points, which you can use to get a discount on future purchases. You can also get points by recommending us to your friends.

How do I Earn Points?
You can earn points in two ways:
         Purchasing from our Website - Every time you buy from us, we give you 5 points (worth 5p) for each £1 you spend.
         Tell Your Friends About Us - When your friends order from us, if they enter your email during checkout:
                                                       They will get 5% off their first order (plus some points),
                                                       You get 5 points for every £1 they spend on their first order.

Who Can I Tell, So That I Earn Extra Points?
You are welcome to tell your family, friends, acquaintances, colleagues or anyone else you know about us - remember to tell them they can get
5% off their first order by quoting your email address!
You must not send spam (unsolicited emails) to people who do not know you. If we receive complaints of spam we reserve the right to cancel your account which means you will lose all your points.

How do I Spend my Points?
It’s all very simple - the next time you buy from our website, during the checkout process, we will tell you how many points you have, and ask you if you want to spend them, save them until later, or just spend some of them. We then recalculate the total payment before asking for your card details.

Can I Earn Free Chocolates?
Yes! If you have enough points saved up, you can choose to pay the whole amount with points - and we won’t even ask for your card details.

How Long are Points Valid For?
Points are valid for 18 months from the date they are awarded. So you have plenty of time if you want to save them up.

Can I Exchange Points for Cash?
No, you can only use points to claim a discount off your next order.
